Love the new location on the lakeshore! Big bright interior. Spacious outdoor seating on warm days--check out the Adirondack chairs that feature swing out cup holders and wine glass slots. The usual fantastic array of craft brews--there's even 2-3 on nitro taps. (I'm a sucker for the Oatmeal Cream Pie and the Salted Caramel Porter--both on nitro!) There's also a modest but hecka interesting menu of tasty brewpub creations--get the Mac Dog. It's a really great hangout spot that vibes with homey beachy Muskegon goodness. I'm so excited to see PH in their new space!

Stop #23 on our Hundreds of Hops Brewery Tour Came in around 6pm on a quiet Sunday, closing time was 8pm. We did not order food.l but there were menus readily available throughout. There were 3 staff behind the bar when we stopped in to stamp our Hop Passport & 2 other patrons at the bar. Staff were all friendly enough and started conversations. Admittedly, we were rushing a bit & not as chatty about where else we should visit as we typically are, with most places closing at 8, and us trying to squeeze in one more stop. The music was at a reasonable level, making conversation easy. My nitro stout was the creamiest of the day & one of my favorites of the day. The hubs wasn't as thrilled with his IPA, stating it was ok comparatively. Prices are on par with other stops & we both felt like we'd revisit

Nice atmosphere, many beers to try and a somewhat limited food menu. Service was friendly but slow. Our group sampled nearly all the house beer varieties in flights and ordered more of our favorites. We ordered grilled cheese sandwiches for several of us, and one person ordered a Cubano. The sandwiches were good but the only side options were potato chips or potato salad, with a $2 upcharge for potato salad. One person in our group had a Greek salad, and she said it was very good, although the dressing was very vinegary. A nice visit.

Rounding this up from 3.5 stars. We started with chips, spicy salsa and pub beer cheese. I loved the spicy salsa but was disappointed by the beer cheese in that it didn't have the beer flavor I was expecting and tasted more like the nacho cheese one gets at the ball park. I had the cranberry chicken salad wrap. Sooooo yummy!! I would love to have this again. Ambiance?? It's a pub, so it's as one would expect going to a brew pub. Service?? Great!! The bartender was able to direct me to an Amber beer I quite enjoyed: Stage 5 Clinger This Amber Ale is copper in color and uses centennial hops to achieve a pleasing, though not overly bitter, hoppy flavor. This Stage 5 Clinger won't send you 7,000 text messages or call you at 3am, but it will make you want a second pint. ABV: 6% IBU: 45 AVAILABILITY: Taproom The bartender also steered us toward getting the chips, salsa, and beer cheese together because we would get more chips to dip with it. When our chips came from the dregs of the bag, he happily replaced them with properly-sized chips for dipping. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, and I would happily pop back in sometime when I'm back in the area.
